MEGA-LITE Connection Evening at CDMX
MEGA-LITE Connection Evening at CDMX
8/20/24, 6:00 PM
The first edition of “Tardes de Conexión”, an invitation for customers, suppliers, and z
lighting designers interested in discovering the qualities and benefits that MEGA-LITE luminaires can bring to any event, was held at the Coronela Terrace, in front of the monument to the revolution in Mexico City.
During the evening the new M-Sphere was unveiled as the jewel of the crown on stage, with its innovative hemispherical honeycomb design on one side and a flat beam reflector on the other. In motion the M-SPHERE is able to achieve unique effects thanks to its infinite rotation capability.
The venue was highlighted from indoors to outdoors thanks to the addition of the LUPA-7, equipped with two different light sources: a cluster of 7 x 60W LEDs that can create a powerful beam or wash effect and a matrix of 28 x 0.5W LEDs mappable per pixel.
The combination of the Lupa-7 with the M-Sphere was the winning pair of the night, reflecting unique beams at amazing speeds and angles that would not have been possible without the precision of the Mega Console, the first console to include 3 control platforms in one package: Lumen8, Enlighten and Disco.
The band that enlivened the night was able to shine thanks to the implementation of Light Pipes, a revolutionary structural tube whose glow illuminated each musician with a variation of colors and effects. Behind them were two Circa Scoop LEDs, an adjustable or multicolored warm white light fixture with an art deco look that gave the perfect touch of depth to make this venue, intended for lighting innovation and peer connection, an audiovisual oasis.
Mega-Lite is grateful for the support of Audio Acoustics in the development of this event, as well as the presence of some of its partners and collaborators. Unfortunately, we could not include all the names, but we want to express our thanks to: Armando Gallardo (LDGS Lighting), Guillermo Roggero (Hardwired Productions LLC), Luis Torres, Carlos Moreno (Televisa), Alberto Alcocer (Music Shop Mérida), Guillermo Consejo and Marcos Vigil (Vileds). We greatly appreciate their participation and collaboration.
